The procedure
The procedure takes approximately one hour and is usually performed under local anesthesia. Dr. Graß makes a fine incision just below the eyelash line. He then carefully removes excess skin and fatty tissue. If necessary, additional tightening of loose muscles can be performed.
After the surgery, the incisions will be closed with fine sutures and covered with a small plaster bandage. You can then leave our practice and recover at home.
