Privacy Policy

Unless otherwise stated below, the provision of your personal data is neither legally nor contractually required, nor necessary for the conclusion of a contract. You are not obligated to provide your data. Failure to provide data has no consequences. This only applies as long as no other indication is made in the following processing operations.
"Personal data" means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.

Server Log Files
You can visit our website without providing any personal information.
Each time you access our website, usage data is transmitted by your internet browser to us or our web hosting/IT service provider and stored in log data (so-called server log files). This stored data may include, for example, the name of the page accessed, date and time of the request, IP address, amount of data transferred, and the requesting provider.
Processing is carried out in accordance with Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR based on our predominant legitimate interest in ensuring the smooth operation of our website and improving our services.

Customer-Initiated Contact via Email
If you initiate contact with us via email, we collect your personal data (name, email address, message content) only to the extent you provide it. The data is processed for handling and responding to your inquiry.
If the contact is related to pre-contractual measures (e.g., consultation regarding purchase interest, request for an offer) or an existing contract, the data processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
If the contact occurs for other reasons, processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, out of our predominant legitimate interest in handling and responding to your inquiry. In this case, you have the right to object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to this processing of your personal data.
Your email address will be used solely to process your request. Your data will then be deleted in accordance with statutory retention periods unless you have consented to further processing or use.

Collection and Processing via Contact Form
When using our contact form, we collect your personal data (name, email address, message content) only to the extent you provide it. The purpose of data processing is to establish contact.
If the contact is related to pre-contractual measures or an existing contract, the data processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
If the contact occurs for other reasons, processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, from our predominant legitimate interest in handling and responding to your inquiry. In this case, you have the right to object at any time to this processing.

Plugins and Others

Use of Google Maps
We use the Google Maps embedding function from Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, "Google") on our website.
This feature enables the visual display of geographic information and interactive maps. When accessing pages with embedded Google Maps, Google may also collect, process, and use data from website visitors.
Your data may also be transmitted to the USA. An adequacy decision by the EU Commission exists for the USA: the Trans-Atlantic Data Privacy Framework (TADPF). Google is certified under the TADPF and is therefore committed to complying with European data protection principles.

The use of cookies or similar technologies takes place with your consent under § 25(1) sentence 1 TDDDG in conjunction with Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. The processing of your personal data takes place with your consent in accordance with Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

Data Subject Rights and Retention Period

Data Retention Period
Data is stored in compliance with legal retention periods and deleted after these periods expire, unless you have consented to further processing or use.

Rights of the Data Subject
If the legal requirements are met, you have the following rights under Articles 15 to 20 GDPR: the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, and data portability.
You also have the right under Article 21(1) GDPR to object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, and to processing for direct marketing purposes.

Right to Lodge a Complaint with the Supervisory Authority
According to Article 77 GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority if you believe that the processing of your personal data is not lawful.
